In 1986, Ron Dunning founded the OCT Group for
the purpose of assisting car dealerships in the U.S. and Canada
improve their levels of customer satisfaction and their rate of
repeat and referral business. A visionary entrepreneur, Ron recognized
that retailers needed a system that would set them apart from the
competition, provide customer feedback to correct problems before
they got out of hand, and generate incremental referral business
from satisfied customers.
Grant Dunning, President of the OCT Group since
1997, began working with OCT Group's parent company, the Dunning
Group, in 1992. Since that time, he has assisted many businesses
throughout the United States and Canada with their implementation
of successful customer retention and prospect conversion systems.
