FLOSSIE DUNNING
Founder

Flossie co-founded the OCT Group with her late husband Ron Dunning. Since 1986 Flossie has supported the growth of the OCT Group and OCT Group in various positions that include finance, operations, and administration. Flossie is from the Northwest and attended the University of Oregon prior to moving to Southern California. She currently is an active member of the USC Family Business program. Flossie actively serves on a fundraising committee for the non-profit organization, United Cerebral Palsy of Orange County.

GRANT DUNNING
President and CEO

Grant began working with OCT Group in 1992. Since that time he has assisted many businesses with their marketing efforts throughout the U.S. and Canada. Prior to entering the marketing world, Grant worked for a successful Southern California home builder, Cayman Development Company. Grant graduated from the University of Southern California in 1988 with a BS degree in Business and has continued his education with Executive Management Programs at both USC and the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Since 1994, Grant has been an active member of the TEC organization (The Executive Committee - an international organization of CEO's). Grant is also an active member of USC's Family Business program. Grant is on the Board of Directors and serves as Treasurer for the United Cerebral Palsy of Orange County organization. Since 1998, Grant has provided contributions to the automotive industry's Dealer Magazine and eDealerNews.com's sales and marketing columns.

ALAN BARON
Chief Operating Officer

Alan brings more than 20 years of overall experience to the OCT Group, specializing in information systems, finance, as well as operations management. As Vice President, Alan is responsible for overseeing production, operations, information services and finance. Prior to the OCT Group, Alan served as Director of Information Services in charge of financial applications for the Irvine Company. Alan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from California State University - Chico. He is a member of the Balboa Yacht Club, Avalon Tuna Club and St. Francis Yacht Club.

VALEN TREADAWAY
Vice President of Sales

Valen oversees developing sources of new business and strategic alliances throughout North America. Valen has worked with the OCT Group since 1988, holding a broad spectrum of positions in Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting. She continues to hold the OCT Group's monthly sales record for new accounts. Prior to OCT Group, Valen was a program analyst for GTE. Valen graduated from the University of the Pacific in 1984 with a BS degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration. Since 1999, Valen has been an active member of USC's Family Business program. She is currently involved with her local Parent-Teachers Association (PTA) and has recently joined the Assistance League of Newport-Mesa.
